MAKING AN ORDER AND BUYING PRODUCTS
In order to complete an order and complete it requires the registration of some of your personal data, such as your full name, the shipping address of the product, your phone number, the postcode of the area to which the product will be shipped, your e-mail address etc. The completion of these items is mandatory and can not be omitted. Upon completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail (e-mail) with the confirmation of receipt of the order, followed by a second e-mail, which will inform you about the sending of your order and the relevant details. Online orders are made through the physical store, so the availability of the products may not correspond to the ones listed. In the event that your selected product is not available, our store will contact you directly.
CHANGES – REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT
For all cases where you wish to change, return or replace the product, please contact us directly by phone, e-mail, or by visiting our physical store.
Return Conditions: 1. The product must not have been used and is in perfect condition, along with all the accompanying items (packaging, authentication card where it is, etc.). 2. A change or refund shall be made within 15 calendar days. 3. The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or the invoice issued on purchase. 4. In the event of a manufacturing defect, it is possible either to immediately replace the product or return your money in consultation with the store. 5. For the rest, the refund is not possible. 6. Upon receiving your request, ACS will, on our own request, receive the product you want to replace for free. When it is returned to us, you will receive a notification and we will proceed immediately to send the new product. The extra charge for transport for the change is € 5 (only for Greece). 7. When changing the product, if you do not want to make a direct replacement with another product, it is possible to issue a credit note that you can use for products of the same season. The use of the credit does not apply to a discount period and to products of the offer.
If you wish to cancel the order after you have completed it but before you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible by giving us your order number.
